Emeril's Coastal Restaurant in Miramar Beach Announces Closure After Eight Years

Chef Emeril Lagasse's beloved seafood establishment to serve final meals on October 26

After eight years of serving the Miramar Beach community, Emeril's Coastal Restaurant has announced it will be closing its doors permanently on October 26.

Located at 435 Grand Boulevard, the restaurant has been a staple in the area, offering a unique blend of Gulf seafood and New Orleans-inspired Creole dishes.

In a heartfelt message shared on social media, Chef Emeril Lagasse expressed his gratitude: "This community holds a special place in my heart, and I’m so grateful to our guests, our team, and everyone who has supported us along the way."

He added, "Coastal has been a true labor of love, and it’s been an honor to share it with all of you."

Patrons are encouraged to visit the restaurant in the coming weeks to enjoy a final meal and celebrate the memories created over the years.

The menu, known for its fresh seafood from the Florida Gulf, features favorites such as New Orleans BBQ Shrimp, Coastal Fried Seafood Platter, Shrimp and Andouille Gumbo, and the Fresh Catch of the Day.

Since the announcement, the community has expressed an outpouring of support and nostalgia.

One patron commented, "I’m heartbroken to hear this news. We loved coming to your restaurant. Thank you for all of the wonderful meals and memories!"

Another shared, "Going to miss this spot, amazing food and amazing staff."

Emeril's Coastal opened its doors in 2017, aiming to provide a seafood experience like no other.

Over the years, it has attracted both locals and tourists, becoming a cherished dining destination in Miramar Beach.

While the specific reasons for the closure have not been disclosed, the decision marks the end of an era for the restaurant and its loyal patrons.

As the final day approaches, the community is invited to partake in one last meal, savoring the flavors and experiences that have defined Emeril's Coastal.

For those planning to visit before the closure, reservations are recommended to ensure a spot during these final weeks.

Emeril's Coastal has been more than just a restaurant; it has been a gathering place where memories were made, and its presence will be deeply missed in the Miramar Beach community.
