Tyndall Bridge Food Truck Court Opens in Parker, Florida |
Halloween Bash Grand Opening brings local food trucks, trunk-or-treat and live music |

Parker is getting a new place to eat, gather and hang out when Tyndall Bridge Food Truck Court celebrates its grand opening on Halloween night, Friday, October 31.
Located near the Tyndall Bridge at 5720 E. Highway 98, the new food truck court is being built around a simple idea: give local food truck owners a welcoming place to serve and give the community a casual place to connect over something good to eat.
For Panhandle Fork readers, that means another local dining destination where the menu can change depending on which trucks are parked for the day.
Tyndall Bridge Food Truck Court is positioning itself as more than just a row of mobile kitchens.
The goal is to create a gathering place where people can grab dinner, sit down for a while, catch some entertainment and end up talking with neighbors they might not otherwise meet.
That community-first approach is summed up in the food court’s theme, “Bridging Flavor & Friends at Tyndall.”
The Halloween Bash grand opening gives the new spot a chance to introduce itself with a family-friendly evening that mixes food, costumes, candy and live music.
Trunk-or-Treat begins at 4 p.m., giving families an early reason to stop by before the evening entertainment gets underway.
Then from 6 to 10 p.m., Ryan Alexander is scheduled to provide live music for the grand-opening crowd.
The combination should make October 31 feel less like a standard business opening and more like a neighborhood block party centered around local food.
For food truck fans, the appeal of a permanent court is variety.
Instead of choosing one restaurant or one cuisine, visitors can potentially order from different vendors in the same stop, making it easier for families and groups with different cravings to find something they want.
The current opening-night food truck lineup will include Bourbon St. Cafe, Candy Coated Delights, Beach Buns Ice Cream and The Weiner Man LLC. Check Tyndall Bridge Food Truck Court social updates as Halloween approaches for vendor announcements.
What is clear is that the organizers want participating food truck owners to feel supported rather than simply renting a parking space.
That matters in a food-truck scene where visibility, reliable locations and repeat customers can make a major difference for small operators.
Giving vendors a consistent home base can also help diners discover businesses they may have previously seen only at scattered festivals, breweries or pop-up events.
The Parker location also puts the food court along the Highway 98 corridor near the Tyndall Bridge, creating a convenient stop for residents traveling between the Panama City area, Parker and the communities around Tyndall.
The business itself is registered as an active Florida corporation, reinforcing that this is intended as an ongoing local operation rather than a one-night event.
For opening night, though, the focus will be squarely on Halloween fun.
Families can arrive for trunk-or-treat, food lovers can explore the trucks on site, and the evening crowd can stick around for several hours of live music.
That mix of food and entertainment fits naturally with what the organizers say they want the court to become: a place where a quick bite can turn into a longer visit and maybe even a new friendship.
Panhandle Fork will be watching for the food truck lineup and future operating schedule as the new court gets established.
For now, mark Friday, October 31 for the Halloween Bash and Grand Opening at Tyndall Bridge Food Truck Court in Parker.
Come hungry, bring the family, and see what this new Bay County food-truck gathering spot is all about. |
